A Foundation in Design, Code, and Education
Our story begins at Hennepin Technical College, where founder Dustin Grice first studied Graphic Design and Web Development more than 20 years ago. What started as curiosity in a high school computer science class turned into a lifelong passion for creating digital experiences.
Today, Dustin teaches those same classes where his journey began — guiding students through HTML, CSS, WordPress, eCommerce, and real-world web production. His approach blends creativity with practicality, showing students and clients alike how much is possible when you’re willing to learn and create.
Two Decades of Web Development Experience
From his first large-scale community websites to modern full-stack WordPress systems, Dustin has spent the past 25 years building web solutions across industries.
He’s collaborated with organizations such as the University of Minnesota, Honeywell, Hennepin County Medical Center, and numerous small businesses, events, and nonprofits.
When off-the-shelf plugins can’t meet a project’s needs, he builds custom WordPress plugins and themes from scratch — creating features, integrations, and automations that simply don’t exist anywhere else.

Through his work as an instructor at Hennepin Technical College, Dustin has mentored hundreds of students — many now thriving in web, design, and marketing careers. His teaching philosophy centers on collaboration, curiosity, and confidence: creating an environment where anyone can learn to code, design, and build their own future.
Community and Impact
Community involvement has always been part of what drives us. For the past several years, we’ve proudly supported Special Olympics Minnesota through the annual Polar Plunge, raising over $60,000 to support their incredible athletes. What started as a personal challenge has turned into a growing community effort — proof that teamwork, creativity, and perseverance can make a lasting difference.
